This web site hosts a Virtual Library that churches, schools and non-profit organizations can use to share the location of Media such as Books, CD's, DVD's, Music Scores and Parts. Members can sign up for this free library database. They add the items description and location. At that point, they can choose to make the item available to be borrowed by other members using a simple library check-out process. This enables library-to-library borrowing.

If your organization is located in the Southeast Pennsylvania area and is interested in joining this Community Virtual Library, please contact schwenkie @ verizon.net. We will set you up with an account where you can add your items that you wish to make available for borrowers. Please note: This service is only a database service only. It does not retain a copy of any media. The Virtual DB only contains the information about the media and where it is stored (building, room, etc). All member's contributions would be added to this virtuald library so that other member organizations can browse and contact the owner to borrow an item directly. This database just tracks the owner's media that is being made available. Currently, the Virtual Library can store information about Books, CD's, DVDs, VHS tapes, and Music Parts and Scores for Instrumental and Choral types. All borrowing arrangements are at the discretion and approval of the owner.
